We present our magnificent flat in one of the best residential areas of Almeria. Being only one kilometre away from the beach and two kilometres away from the city centre, the location is a highlight, being able to serve as both beach and city accommodation.

Spacious living room perfectly equipped; three bedrooms, two of them with beds -the main bedroom with double bed- and the third one with a convertible double bed; two bathrooms, one of them located in the main bedroom; terrace, connected to the main bedroom and living room; kitchen equipped with the most modern appliances.
Guests have the possibility of using a cot and high chair.
There is also a parking space in the same residential.
As it is a modern residential complex, you can enjoy the communal areas: swimming pool, children's playground, solarium and bathrooms.
