Description
Enjoy a unique stay in El Palo, one of the most charming and lively neighbourhoods in Málaga, less than 2 minutes walking from the beach. This cosy duplex apartment, recently renovated, is ideal for small families or couples looking for comfort, location and authentic Malaga atmosphere.
Upon entering the property, we find a bright living room equipped with TV, air conditioning, sofa bed and a small dining area. Next is an individual bedroom with a wardrobe, very cosy and quiet. On the same floor is the fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Next to the kitchen there is a small utility room and a full bathroom with shower.
Climbing the stairs, we access the upper floor, where a spacious interior courtyard stands out, providing light and space. On this floor, there is the second bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning, as well as a large enclosed terrace, with wide windows that can be opened, ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate all year round.
The location is one of the great attractions of the accommodation. El Palo and Pedregalejo are coastal areas highly valued for their authentic atmosphere and outdoor life. A few minutes' walk away is the Pedregalejo seafront promenade, full of bars, restaurants and beach bars where you can taste local cuisine. Very close by is also the iconic Balneario de los Baños del Carmen, a unique place to walk, relax and enjoy unforgettable sunsets by the sea.
Moreover, the Municipal Market of El Palo is located just a 5-minute walk away, and throughout the year, very popular festivities are celebrated such as the Day of Carmen and the El Palo Fair, which reflect the tradition and character of the neighbourhood. The connection to the centre is excellent: by taking the bus on the main avenue, you will reach Málaga's historic centre in about 20 minutes.
Less than 3 minutes' walk from the apartment, there is an outdoor public paid parking area, with no possibility of reserving it.
